Registration for the 2013/14 School Year Programs, Hours and Prices are in effect September 2013 1. Montessori Preschool Morning session 9:00am - 11:30am Morning session #2 9:15am - 11:45am Afternoon session 12:15am - 2:45pm 5 days/week.....$400/month 3 days/week....$320/month 2 days/week....$265/month 2. Extended Montessori Morning extended session 9:00am - 2:45pm - $750/month Afternoon extended session 12:15pm - 5:30pm - $750/month 3. Montessori Full Day Program 7:30am - 5:30pm 5 days/week.....$800/month 3 days/week....$575/month 2 days/week....$370/month 4. Out of School Care Program (Pick up and Drop off for Aspenwood, Bramblewood & Panorama schools only - includes children in full day kindergarten) 7:30am - 9:00am & 2:30pm - 5:30pm - $435/month *One time $20 fee for booster seat Please Note: Out of School Care Program fees do not include professional days or spring break. Care for these days is offered based on a minimum of 5 children at a fee of $45/day. Please note that as of Sept/11 we will provide pick up on "early dismissal" days. 5. Summer Program (July only) for children currently enrolled in the Out of School Care Program. Available upon request with a minimum of 5 children. 7:30am - 5:30pm (July only) - $760/month 6. Preschool Summer Camp 9:00am - 12:00pm (July 4th to 29th) - $390/month Registration: The registration process at New Horizon Montessori begins with a parent/child interview and a tour of our facility. Upon acceptance into one of our programs the following fees will be required: " A $200 non-refundable deposit to guarantee your child's space in the desired program. " A non-refundable $50 application fee " A non-refundable $50 registration fee " A $200 per family yearly fee to cover the costs of specialty programs (Kinder CanvasŪ, Music, French, Kinderdance, etc.) " Monthly tuition in the form of post-dated cheques dated for the first day of each successive month. Please note the following: Failure to provide the centre with any of the above fees may result in the withdrawal of your child from the program. All children must be fully toilet trained before acceptance into a program. There is a $20 service charge for NSF cheques. Income Tax Receipts will be issued once per fiscal year end. Replacement receipts will be reissued at a fee of $20. As of Nov. 1/12, there will be a $20 late fee charged for tuition fees not paid by the 1st of the month Childcare Subsidy - this is arranged by the parent/guardian and the Ministry not by New Horizon Montessori. If the subsidy authorization number is not available for billing on the first of the month that payment is required, the parent/guardian is required to pay the full fee and be reimbursed when the subsidy is received by the centre.
