Please note, enrollment forms are best completed on a desktop computer, laptop or tablet device. 

New Horizon Montessori School’s enrollment process is as follows:

1) Campus Tour with child present to establish student – parent – teacher – center fit
2) Process deposit and registration fees
3) Fill out admission forms and other health / emergency information forms
4) Prepare for your child’s first day

Disclaimer: Only completing the online admission forms does not qualify, guarantee, or save a space for your child at New Horizon Montessori School. All steps in the enrollment process are mandatory. Our policy of a required campus visit with your child is important in establishing we are the right fit for your family.

Before you begin your admission forms please have the following things ready as they are required to complete: 

1)  Your Child’s Care Card Number

2) A Recent Photo of Your Child – Required and To Be Included in Your Child’s Emergency Kit 

3) A Recent Family Photo – Required and To Be Included in Your Child’s Emergency Kit 

4) A Copy of Your Child’s Immunization Records (preferably PDF format)

5) Several Emergency Contacts Including Preferred In-Town and Out of Province Emergency Contacts

6) Your Child’s Doctor & Dentist Information Including Name, Office Address, and Phone Number
